The Avid Adventurer
The wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal.

Individual Course Reviews

Course Name/Rating:

Nación y narración

Comments: The professor was well-prepared, knowledgeable, and very engaging. I participated about the same amount as I would in Middlebury. We were assessed through one paper and one final exam.

Course Name/Rating:

Inteligencia Artificial

Course Department: UC3M - Leganés Campus, Informática
Instructor:
Instruction Language: Español
Comments: The professor is very lovely and extremely understanding of our struggles as international students, and thusly very accommodating, but the material was severely lacking and the instruction incredibly dull and unengaging. I did not participate at all in the class. We were assessed with two midterm exams, one final project, and one final exam.
Credit Transfer Issues: No issues transferring these credits.
Course Name/Rating:

Historia de la Música

Course Department: UC3M - Getafe Campus, Humanidades
Instructor:
Instruction Language: Español
Comments: The professor is very lovely and extremely understanding of our struggles as international students, and also very accommodating, and is willing to meet with students about anything they have questions or concerns about. He is not the most engaging professor, but he is not difficult. I only participated minimally in the class. We were assessed with one final research project/presentation and one final exam.
Credit Transfer Issues: No issues.
Course Name/Rating:

Sintaxis avanzada

Course Department: Middlebury School in Spain
Instructor:
Instruction Language: Español
Comments: It was not very challenging but it was good for continuing my education on the Spanish language. The professor was reasonably knowledgeable, but less-so prepared. I participated in class the same amount as in Middlebury. We were assessed with I believe two midterm exams, two essays (one at home and one in-class), and one final.
Credit Transfer Issues: Not sure yet, as we have not yet talked about transfer of specific credits.
