I think it was very worthwhile. My french certainly improved and I really enjoyed being immersed in the culture.

Yes
While it was difficult at times, I really did feel like I saw genuine progress in my French. I also think that overcoming some of those challenges really gave me a sense of confidence and pride. With that being said, I do think that I was lucky, and I could see how this experience could be a hit or miss one. |
