What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?

I learned how to navigate in a non-westernized country and system on my own while also acclimating to the culture. It was a unique experience because I developed close relationships with local Moroccans that I never could have done without Middlebury's dedication to language study.
