By A student (Middlebury College) - abroad from 07/27/2022 to 12/19/2022 with

I gained technical skills but also a more holistic perspective on what life is like outside of where I live. I am excited to keep in touch with the friends I made.

Reasons For Studying Abroad
To help future students find programs attended by like-minded individuals, please choose the profile that most closely represents you. |
The Avid AdventurerThe wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal. |

Comments: | The class met once a week for a long lecture period without field trips, but the group work allowed me to integrate myself into the university and make new friends. I wrote several 2-3 page essays for weekly assignments and then worked with a group of two other students two submit two longer research papers. I partcipated the same amount as I would have at Middlebury, and attended every class. |
Credit Transfer Issues: | That is still to be determined, I have not completed this process yet. |
