What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
It was interesting to be in the racial minority for the first time in my life, as well as go to places where I didn't speak the native language.

A Look Back

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? Singapore is a great base camp for exploring SE Asia. It's not super cheap, but food is amazing and cheaper than in the US. NTU's classes aren't as challenging as Olin's, but at least that gives plenty of extra time for travel and fun.
