Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Just keep track. Have to pay most things in cash. If you don't go out for a week and don't buy the expensive food (which I tended to), you can easily stay under $70/week

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?
  • People are overall nice and friendly.
  • Made a very tight-knit group of friends.
* What could be improved?
  • More healthy vegetarian options on all parts of campus
  • Orientation
  • Clarity on what grade is needed to pass
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? It was a lot harder than I anticipated to know what was expected from me in classes. If I was at my home uni, I would've known exactly what to do in each class in order to pass, but there are a lot more subtle differences in the academic vibes than I was expecting.

The Avid Adventurer
The wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal.
