Tucuman, Argentina Past Review
By Lindsey S (PSYCHOLOGY., Tulane University) for
National University of Tucumán: Tucumán - Direct Enrollment & Exchange
This program was especially wonderful thanks to the host family component. I learned so much from actually living with a local family. I travelled around a little bit, but spent most of time experiencing Tucuman with local friends. I didn't realize until I was on a bus at the very end of my stay talking to a Canadian girl travelling all over South America how valuable my stay in Tucuman was. She kept talking about trying to do everything "as the locals do", but only had real knowledge of touristy customs. I left Argentina feeling like a resident.

The program was run extremely well. I was a little nervous at first because they have an office in Buenos Aires, but not in Tucuman where I was, but I didn't have any problems. They were very understanding and organized. |
