North Dakota State University: The Food Industry in Southeast China. Hosted by the Asia Institute

Learn first-hand how food is harvested, processed, and distributed in China from the perspective and analysis of the inherent opportunities and challenges facing global food supply. Students will experience the international community in Shanghai, college life at Zhejiang Economic and Trade Polytechnical University in Hangzhou, and the scenic beauty of Beijing as they develop a better understanding of food science and culture in China.
