Sustainable & Food Tourism in Italy

The Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Program hosts a 12 day study abroad program in late May to Italy. This program is a special requirement for the online summer course HOSP 1803 Travel & Tourism. Students spend 12 days traveling through Italy from Milan to Florence, Bologna to Rome and everywhere in between. Become immersed in the Italian culture, visiting major destinations like the wine regions in Tuscany, the University of Bologna (the second oldest University in the world), Vatican City, and more, while learning the traditional ways of food that have existed for thousands of years.
