What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned about cultural differences. What it's like to enter into another country and the bravery it takes. I also am extremely experienced in the ways of transportation now!

Loved the school and program however a little slow to get tutors ready and available.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Nice hotel, livable conditions. Nice owners and workers. A/C.

* Food:

Food was easily found all over the place.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Very laid back and easy going environment to adjust into. Loved the culture and people.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

Never had to deal with it.

* Safety:

Never felt insecure about safety.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

For what ever minor flaws might have been present, the experience was far greater than I ever could have imagined.

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

It was an expensive trip when considering food, school, and transportation due to the length of time, however still reasonable.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? around $250 a week to live on.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Better establish the average amount they will be expected to spend on just living while over there.

0 = No encouragement, 5 = frequent encouragement to use the language

Extremely. The professor would often not understand us if we tried to speak in English.

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? Just speak it and google translate what you don't know.
