About

Students will study and practice nature park design while conducting field-based research on eco-tourism in Hong Kong. Participants will collaborate with graduate students from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in the exploration and examination of the rich ecosystems of Hong Kong's vast greenspace. This program offers a unique opportunity to apply social-ecological theory in the construction of nature park master plan, which may include a catalog of species, sustainability recommedations, and environmental education curriculum. This course is open to students from various academic disciplines and is structured to facilitate interdisciplinary cooperation in the creation of sustainable ecotourism.
