I learned how to be by myself for a long time. I learned how to get acquainted with a new place and make a lot of new friends. This experience was beyond worthwhile. - Berea College View Entire Review

About

Dublin has come a long way from its first days as a Viking settlement at the mouth of the River Liffey. As a busy, port city, often caught in the power struggles of the British Empire, Dublin has seen its fair share of power grabs and administration changes, but nothing has been able to keep this metropolis from thriving.  Dublin is the capital and most populous city in Ireland and, as well as being classified an Alpha-ranked world city, is considered one of the top global cities in the world.

With approximately half of Dubliners under the age of 25, the city has no lack of entertainment. The city center features many pubs, performance spaces, sports venues, restaurants, and stores, along with an efficient public transportation service to make travel to and from easy and affordable. Dublin is also home to many international businesses and organizations which provides a wealth of options for those looking to gain work experience through an internship.

Whether you are visiting the castle, the Guinness Storehouse, the Book of Kells, the National Museum of Ireland, or Molly Malone’s statue, the charm of this seminal Irish city is inescapable.
