About
Home to some of the best festivals in Europe, Edinburgh, despite its long and storied past, is a very young and vibrant city, with plenty to see and do when you aren't working your customized internship placement. Edinburgh is great to intern in if you’re a library science, graphic design, healthcare, nursing, or political science major. We’re certain to secure you a stellar work opportunity for the summer or full semester!
Being the capital of Scotland, Edinburgh is host of Scottish Parliament. Students especially love Edinburgh for its varied opportunities to intern with companies and institutions. Combined with its political importance, Edinburgh has also become a cultural center, with dozens of museums, libraries, and significant historical buildings. The city also has a prestigious literary and philosophical history; during the Scottish Enlightenment, Edinburgh became a hotbed for philosophers like David Hume. The literary history is so pervasive that UNESCO named Edinburgh the first 'City of Literature.'
