Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
|
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
Overall it was great, it was just at times a little uncoordinated and not quite as I helpful as I thought it should be. Not quite as attuned to student needs as possible. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
I lived with a host family in their apartment, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. |

Yes
|
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
|
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Since everything is so cheap in China, as well as cash-based, it is a good idea to bring a lot of cash in advance to avoid exchange fees. |

A Look Back
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | I felt disconnected from the College when I was abroad, and didn't feel like there was any effort made to ensure that things were going smoothly and that there were no major problems. One of the most disappointing aspects of study abroad. |
