What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I thought that my abroad expereince would broaden my cultural awareness, but I found that mostly everyone spoke English, and that they could tell that we were American. I do however, plan to spend the second semester of my junior year in Paris.

Finances

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Food is more expensive abroad, around 10 to 15 euros a meal, so plan ahead for that.

Yes, but most people spoke at least a little English
