Personal Information
How much international exposure did you have prior to this program? | 0-2 weeks |
Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
This section is irrelevant because I took no classes while abroad. This was not a study program. |
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
I have no idea what the host program did and did not do for us, outside of the obvious spending time with us. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
Hotel situation was fine, except for the lack of alarm clocks and the inability of hotel staff of speaking more than basic English. |
* Food: |
Food was bland and lukewarm, even when we saw it come directly out of the kitchen. No condiments were provided. The most delicious meals came from restaurants that cater to an international clientele. |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
Social aspects were fine. I left the N/A ones blank. |
* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
|
* Safety: |
Program was basically safe. Minimal health issues. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
|
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
