I am a vegetarian, and my host mother did a wonderful job of cooking 100% vegetarian meals for me, despite the fact that she herself was not a vegetarian. |

PRESHCO organized some wonderful day and weekend trips for the us - such as to Granada, Sevilla, and an olive-oil factory. |

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? | I did not spend much money because everything was provided as part of my homestay. I only spent money on my travels outside of Cordoba. |
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Take advantage of the reembolso program - because I was being reimbursed, I felt okay about spending my extra money on meals out in Cordoba and exploring the city that I was living in. |

Language acquisition improvement? |
I spoke Spanish to the staff working in the PRESHCO office and to all of my professors. I also spoke Spanish to my family in my homestay. None of these people spoke any English. I used Spanish everyday in all of my interactions, except those with my American friends. |
