What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
It was a very worthwhile experience. I gained a worldly perspective. From interacting with other international students, I learned all about their culture and country. I made global connections. I took political classes that taught about European politics so I gained a lot of knowledge about the subject. I also enjoyed experiencing everyday life and the norms of a different country.

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

The housing was very nice! But, I would have liked to have lived with some Irish people. My entire block was International Students.

* Food:

I gave this a 10 because I made my own food. It wasn't given by the program. Not sure how to rate this.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

I felt more welcomed by the other international students than my classmates. I did everything with the other international students but not actual Irish locals. There was one study abroad administrator that was great and very welcoming!!

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

I spent more money in a semester than I would in an entire year.
