What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I made a lot of friends and learned a lot about many different cultures. I had SO much fun traveling and experiencing a new culture! It was definitely worthwhile!

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Classes were academically rigorous and intense. The resources and support with classwork were not too strong.

There did not seem to be much, if any, administration.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

There was no heat or air conditioning, but the location of the campus was gorgeous and totally worth it!!!

* Food:

There was Indian food served for a majority of the meals on campus.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

On campus we were surrounded by many Americans, but as I traveled throughout the country I really had the opportunity to immense myself in the culture.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

The health insurance was confusing to me.

* Safety:

I have never felt more safe in my entire life.

Everything in London is SO expensive!

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Use Ryanair and Easyjet to travel. Find cheap hostels.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I packed less and left more room in my bag to travel home after my semester abroad. I ended up shipping a lot of things home via Global Express.
