My experience was definitely worthwhile, I am so happy I chose to go abroad. I got to see so much of Europe and met alot of friends who I know Im going to stay close with for a long time.

Overall, I was pleased with the academics. The Politics and International Relations Department was very helpful when I had questions and all of my professors were very knowledgable. |

I was really happy with the IFSA-Butler program. It made my study abroad experience so much easier and so much less stressfull. My program advisor completed the majority of my paper work for me and she was always available when I had questions. When we arrived in London, we spent 5 days in a hotel for orientation and it was really helpful. They also put on dinners for us throughout the semester and even arranged a weekend in England's Lake District where we got to stay at a adventure sport center for free. I was very impressed with the program and recommend it for anyone studying abroad. |

* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
The housing at RHUL for study abroad students is really nice. You get to live in brand new buildings in eight person flats. You get your own room with a double bed and your own bathroom. Your flat has a big kitchen but no common room. The rooms themselves were really good and I was really happy with the housing situation. I stayed in Butler Hall. <br /><br /> You are right next to the dining hall and really close to all of the classrooms. The whole campus is really safe. |

Our program gave us 50 pounds on our meal cards but the food is pretty expensive so that didnt go very far. Your able to add more money to your card and the food at the dining halls is actually pretty good. Otherwise, you get your own kitchen so you can cook for yourself. |

How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
I had alot of fun when I was abroad. On campus there are a bunch of bars and a club and everyone goes out during the week. On the weekends, I traveled and everywhere I went was so much fun. |

A Look Back
| * What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | I would definitely choose to study abroad with this program again. They made everything really easy for you and it was alot of fun. They are really helpful and some of the staff are students who have studied abroad and wanted to come back to work for them. If you go with this program, take the group flight, go on adventure weekend, and travel as much as you can. |
