This was culinary based, thought some of the cooking classes were to basic, and would of liked more hands on. |

Everyone at Sant' Anna Institute were very knowledgeable, and so accommodating. |

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
Not bad, had issues with internet. We had 4 students in our apartment and one bed was a small cot. |

Our welcome dinner served fries with all the main entrees. It did not seem like a authentic Italian meal. The farewell dinner was very nice. |

How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
With the help of the language lessons at Sant' Anna's and the direction of our guides, getting around and communicating was pretty good. Felt at ease emerging myself in the local culture. |

How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
We were given all the important information we needed in case of emergency. I felt if I needed health assistance I would be fine. I did not need any on this trip. |

| If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
I liked the balance of classes, outside the school and inside. The excursions were mixed in well. Staying in a apartment, getting myself where I needed to be, really helped with the whole immersion, loved it. |

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Do not exchange ahead of time. You will get a better rate withdrawing from atm machine once you get there using your bank card. |
