What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned many new things, but mostly I saw how professional everyone was in the Italian culinary industry. It was very encouraging to me as I go into the restaurant management field.

The only thing that I did not like was the unreliable wifi. Other than that, I was completely satisfied with my housing arrangements.

I would like to experience other parts of Italy as well and different study abroad programs.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Do not go crazy on souvenirs the first couple of days. Wait until you have shopped around and you know you will have enough money to pay for it.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I did not know that the classes we were taking were going to be at different restaurants and bakeries. That was exciting for me because you got to meet different chefs and get different opinions.
