Suzanne and Helen were invested in our personal and academic success. I always felt well provided for. |

The housing situation was not preferred, but I understand the constraints the program was working under. |

I had some issues with the food, but Suzanne and Helen were responsive and did their best for the group. |

Living in a house with only Americans isolated us, but taking classes at the university helped. |

How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
Health care was easily accessible and Suzanne and Helen were willing to bend over backwards to ensure that we were taken care of. |

There were some safety-related incidents, but I feel the program prepared us for them well. |

American students have so much money compared to the average Cuban to the point that it made me a little uncomfortable. Very easy to live on a student's budget. |
