I learned how much I could work, how hard I could work, and how well I could balance work with play. It was absolutely worthwhile.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Buy groceries. Drink in. Splurge very occasionally. Don't spend all your money on how awesome it is to buy booze under the age of 21 at the beginning. I watched people do this and end the year with actual panic with money issues. |
