Living in Champagne Past Review

Sciences Po: Paris - Direct Enrollment & Exchange

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Studying abroad definitely made me realize what is (and is not) important to me in life. I met so many different types of people and got to travel to 11 countries over the semester. Living in a slower-paced place also made me much less stressed about life because I had so much less to worry about.

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

France is one of the most expensive countries you could study abroad in. That being said, it is fairly easy to keep on a tight budget if you buy from the grocery and farmers market. Restaurants and bars though are both pretty expensive (a decent meal costs 15ish euros)
