What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I am glad I went, but I would not do it over because I was wayyyy to sea-sick.

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Living at Sea Education Association in Woods Hole was a BLAST, the housing was great and they took really good care of us.

* Food:

Given that they were cooking for 36 people on a boat, they did a pretty darn good job. Beware if you are vegetarian though, because you probably won't get enough to eat unless you try really hard.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

When we made port stops, I felt like they did a really good job of trying to show us the local culture from the inside.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? No

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Buy bulk food for your house. Use coupons. Don't buy boxed cereal, it is super expensive.
