  • Honestly I enjoyed all aspects
  • Maybe more deliberate and open check ins about cultural and social differences with the US throughout the program, especially related to our experiences with race and class etc., based on what the group discussed in our free time
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? Be open minded and seize opportunities to meet people and do things as they come up, since the time is so short. But also have some ideas beforehand about your limits and people you can reach out to during a challenge.

Reasons For Studying Abroad

To help future students find programs attended by like-minded individuals, please choose the profile that most closely represents you.
The Networker
An active student leader, it was important for you to network abroad as well. Once overseas, you sought out student clubs, volunteered with local organizations, or attended community events. You encouraged your friends join you, and often considered how you could reflect your international experiences in a resume.
