The experience itself is extremely isolating, as you take the classes within your program group and don't get much exposure meeting the locals. |

The therapy for women of color is not very accessible. The therapists they provide for in general POC is not very good/doesn't exist. |

You may have felt confined by your program requirements and group excursions. Instead, you'd have preferred to plan your own trips, even skipping class to conduct your own 'field work.' |
