What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
This program gives you the opportunity to truly feel the cross-cultural experience. The experiential learning in this program is unmatched. You get the opportunity to go all over India, meet with NGOs and nonprofits, discuss the social issues that are being faced, understand the cultural context, and much much more. The challenges you face are multifaceted within the program and every student has their own experience overcoming those challenges. I learned so much and made so many memories! This is a great program!

  • Distinction of classes, many topics overlap and sometimes it is hard to distinguish your classes, but you shouldn't worry about the impact on your grades at all
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? This is a public health, Gender, Sexuality course, you will be discussing what gender identity, sexuality, oppressed minority groups, and such topics.
