I learned how to communicate with a language barrier, and learned how to step out of my comfort zone.

I stayed with a host family while I was abroad and it was the best part of the entire program!!

Felt very safe overall, my one piece of advice would be to always travel with a buddy!

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? No

Although I loved the program and my experience abroad, I would probably choose a different location to experience more of the world.

Finances

The program provided a stipend for lunch, and my host family provided me with breakfast and lunch each day.
