I was able to learn Tibetan Buddhist perspectives on mental health through an independent project. I was even able to meet His Holiness the Dalai Lama!

Yes
The SIT Nepal program was incredible. I left feeling so much more confident in my ability to live abroad, and I had amazing experiences. The program did a great job in immersing me in Tibetan culture and helping me appreciate new perspectives. |
