Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

There is not a lot of work, it is really what you make of it, if you decide to do all the readings or not... The work load is generally light, except for the end when you have to write up your research paper.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? MenĂº for lunch is always a good idea... for a dollar you can get a sopa and segundo, and they are generally really yummy.

I had to use spanish pretty much every day on the program. We were living with host families where we had to always be speaking spanish. With eachother, within our group, we spoke english, but besides that spanish was always spoken.
