It was a great experience and an eye-opening one for my career interests. August 27, 2024

SIT Study Abroad: Switzerland - International Studies and Multilateral Diplomacy (Summer)

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Studying abroad was worthwhile because it gave me a different perspective on what I've been studying in the USA. While it didn't completely change my views, it showed me that I had many similar beliefs to those around me back home. However, abroad, I had to adjust to different cultures and perspectives on international matters. Although it was sometimes challenging, this adjustment was necessary because not everyone shares the same outlook as we do.
