Tunisia is an inexpensive country for the basic life necessities such as food and water, nevertheless nice things cost money. |

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | If you speak the language of the country the merchants will not take advantage of you |

What was the highest level language course you had completed prior to departure? | Arabic II ... however that is written Arabic, throughout the programme I have become more proficient in colloquial arabic which in my opinion is much more useful |

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? | Read a book or watch films in the host language. Normally the accent will become attched to you like anyone learning a new language |
