Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The professors were amazing! I had an incredible time at the University of Alicante. The work was very relaxed but at the same time intense and instructive. I liked the diversity of the student body.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

This program exceeded my expectations. I would do it again 100 times. I have reccomended friends to the program and they had the same experience I had. The staff were very helpful and over all caring.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

My host family provided me with everything. They were wonderful! 6 years later I am still in contact with them. We have built a friendship since I stayed with them. They help me feel at home away from home.

* Food:

I ate out most of the time because I chose to, but all the meals prepared by my host family were delicious and nutricious! Some of my classmates were not as lucky.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

I loved the trip to the Alhambra and Altea. We also visited Valencia.

* Health Care:

* Safety:

I always felt very safe.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Language

* Did your program have a foreign language component? Yes
Language acquisition improvement?

Although I am a native spanish speaker, the immerssion in the culture was very helpful. The whole experience and the cultural events that are happening in the month of June in Alicante made it even better.
