I had a great experience. I would do it again and wish I could have stayed longer. It helped me to learn about all different places in the world and meet people from there. I would consider working in Europe.

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
It was different than what I am used to in America because it was a very small school. Most classes were not very challenging because there were no prerequisites. The only class that had different levels was Spanish language. |

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
An apartment in Patraix. <br /><br /> My only problem with my housing was that it was one of the further houses in the program, and it took a while to get to and from school on the metro. Other than that it was great. I had a very nice family. |

She made us three meals a day that were very good. She packed us sandwiches for lunch if we wanted them instead of coming home. |

How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
All of the trips that were planned were very good. I was able to go to places like Morocco, Prague, and Portugal, along with other parts of Spain, that I may not have done on my own. |

| Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? | I spent about 150 to 200 dollars per week, but it depends on what is planned. |
| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | I had to purchase metro passes and pay for taxis almost every day. |

I was able to practice Spanish in school, with my host family, and with the people in Spain. I needed to use the language everyday since most people cannot speak English in Valencia. |
