I learned to be more independent, more out-going, and open to new experiences. It was definitely an experience that was worthwhile and one that I will never forget.

I enjoyed SOL and my directors were great people, but I would have liked for it to include more trips/excursions/activities like other programs such as ISA. |

| * What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | If your layover in Madrid is less than 1.5 hours long, choose a different flight. Getting from one terminal to the next is stressful when you have a little bit of time because it takes a long time to get through customs and across the entire airport. Also, Iberia will most likely lose your luggage on your way to Spain and on your way back home. |
