What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I definitely became more proficient in Spanish and was able to learn about and be immersed in a different culture, which allowed me to better understand what I was learning in my studied while on study abroad.

I practiced Spanish with my host family and also with locals. I needed to use Spanish on a daily basis, but most people spoke English. |
