During this education abroad program, students will be introduced to cross-cultural psychology through classroom activities followed by comparative observational experiences in two countries. This is done through a combination of academic reading, and opportunities to observe, experience, reflect upon, and apply what students learn in the course asthey compare and contrast Italy, Greece, and the U.S.
PSY 330: Cross Cultural Psychology is a course that is suitable for all students who have an interest in or wish to enhance their understanding of how culture influences behavior and thought. It will also enhance their ability to understand and function in our own increasingly multicultural society.
