What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned a lot about work/life balance and managing my time with my studies as well as participating in social activities and events. It was definitely a worthwhile experience for me.

Since Oxford utilizes the tutorial system and students typically study one subject, I was able to gain a much more in-depth knowledge about my chosen field of study. Coming out the end of the program, I am happy that I am where I wanted to be academically before starting the program.

  • I wish there was more integration between local students and visiting students
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I took advantage of the myriad of clubs, events, and societies at Oxford while I was there. There is so much to explore and so many opportunities to get involved in something that excites me, that I'm passionate about, or something I've never done before but want to try.
