Students will see Québécois culture first hand and meld their obeservations with what they have learned in their literary study in FRE 436 or from their FRE 232 course from Spring 2017. The study abroad is an option for students in these courses, but not required, and not a course in and of itself. Students will visit locales depecited in literary works, learn about the French settlement of Canada through museum visits in Montreal and Quebec City.
