Absolutely. We learned a ton about the culture and politics!

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The rigor of the course was not difficult, but you learn a lot based on the experience you get to have. The places you go are absolutely amazing and you are given the opportunity to go places you would not otherwise go with the class.

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

For the most part housing was acceptable with the exception of Frankfurt where we had to stay in the red light district. This didn't seem especially acceptable when we had kids on the trip who had just turned 18.

The Networker
An active student leader, it was important for you to network abroad as well. Once overseas, you sought out student clubs, volunteered with local organizations, or attended community events. You encouraged your friends join you, and often considered how you could reflect your international experiences in a resume.
