l learned how important the teaching methods are that we learned at SFA. I also was able to see how a culturally diverse classroom can learn about one another religions and culture without feeling pressure to change what is important to the student. - Stephen F. About

Give yourself a graduation present! Come join us on a professional and cultural engagement in the UK, where Stephen F. Austin State University students immerse themselves for two weeks in the English partnership schools and communities alongside British teachers and SFA faculty. During these two weeks, you will visit schools, have numerous cultural education encounters, and participate in professional development. In addition to experiencing the English schools, you will be only fifteen minutes by train from central London where you can fully immerse in the London experience as you visit some of the world’s finest museums, famous art galleries, legendary historic sites, renowned theater and concert venues. In addition to the professional and academic experiences in the London area schools, the program supports fully immersive cultural encounters by encouraging you to travel throughout the UK and Europe during weekends and during the partial week of travel at the end of the two-week program.
