We had 2-3 articles to read on our own time everyday. We discussed these articles either before or after dinner. The articles were very interesting which made reading and talking about them, fun. |

This program was very laid back. Everyday we read articles and discussed them. We traveled all over Costa Rica. Dr. Armstrong knew exactly what he was doing which made this trip stress free. |

I was highly impressed with the hotels we stayed at. |

I would encourage anyone who has the opportunity to take this trip, to do so!! It was such a great experience and I would do it all over again if I could! |
