What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained cultural knowledge and respect. I learned so much from their food to their language and to their living styles! It was absolutely worth it!!

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I had been more descrptive in my journal. I was told it was important but i was so caught up in the moment during my stay in Costa Rica that it was the last thing i was concerned about. Had I known then that it was going to be so benificial, I would've wrote more in detail day by day.
