I learned how different their culture is, events though I am Hispanic we're so different. I also learned how to be more environment friendly like the Costa Rica is. It was definitely worthwhile.

Yes
It's a great education program but you also learn so much about the culture and the country and how different it is from the United States. The actives that come along with the program show you so much about the country rather than just listening about it. It also applies to the host family, you learn from experience. |
