What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned that I can successfully navigate the world and travel abroad, even in a different language. People are always willing to help. It was definitely worthwhile.

Our host mom and family was amazing, always helpful and clearly love having students.

* Safety:

Always stay in groups, avoiding walking in certain areas at night. Listen to your directors and host family for directions on how to stay safe as they know the area best.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

I had a great time and we packed in a ton of cultural experience for only being there for 2 weeks.

Finances

With nearly every meal at the host home, it was easy not to spend too much money.
