What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
It was very worthwhile, the internship especially provided a practical, hands-on experience that balanced the more theoretical aspects taught in my other political science undergrad courses in a meaningful way.

Compared to most other major European cities, Berlin is pretty affordable.

Internship and both classes were entirely in German, which helped me improve my language skills in significantly.

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? Through yourself into the language and culture and use it as much as you can in as many different contexts as you can.
