Study Abroad Programs in Greece

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I've gained friends, a better concept of my writing style, and a Greek suntan. Also I definitely look at the world from a different perspective. Everyone's always saying that, but it's true.

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?
  • I loved the people. My fellow students, the HISA family, were all so encouraging. And the professors have been where we are, struggling, beginning, and they taught us more about life than anything.
* What could be improved?
  • More clarity about the program before joining up on the island, I suppose.
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? The island is 5 hours ferry ride to the mainland.
