Study in Italy organizes fully integrated semester programs for students of Italian language and culture. Students attend corsi singoli at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo (Bra). Study in Italy is happy to assist with every aspect of the study abroad experience, both pre-departure and on site. Study in Italy interfaces with the home institution to make sure all courses taken in Italy are granted appropriate credit. The University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG) has a lovely countryside campus. It was founded in 2004 by the world-famous association Slow Food in cooperation with the Italian regions of Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna and is a private non-profit institution recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education. It is the first university dedicated to gastronomy and all it aspects.
